Hi, I'm Rumi Whipple 👋🏼 I am a Product Designer and Design System enthusiast. I live in Seattle, Washington with my husband, 2 cats, and 1 dog. I am passionate about designing beautiful, easy-to-use experiences that help users become successful.

I believe that design is continuous and never-ending. There is always room for improvement and something to learn. I love applying learnings from data, usability testing and user feedback to iterate.

Some my strengths as a designer are my organizational skills and thinking systematically. I am a big believer in design systems and enjoy creating and putting pieces of a system together to create a user friendly experience. I stay organized throughout the whole design process by providing detailed documentation and organized design files, I find this helps me and my team. I speak English and Japanese and love learning about other cultures. I am always dreaming of my next vacation! My favorite cities are: London, Zürich, Victoria (B.C.) and Osaka.

I also love animals, taking photos, hand embroidery projects and eating all the foods!
