CASE STUDY: AI TWO-WAY MATCH
I worked on AI Two-Way Match, a project designed to help accounting teams save time by using AI to automatically match invoices to records in Tropic. The AI analyzes discrepancies, such as mismatched payment terms or incorrect amounts, and highlights them for review, enabling teams to quickly take corrective action and ensure accurate invoicing.
CASE STUDY: PROACTIVE PRICE BENCHMARKS & CUSTOM PRICE BENCHMARKS
This case study examines the design process for Tropic's Proactive Price Benchmarks feature, aimed at efficiently identifying cost-saving opportunities within a customer's contracts portfolio without requiring manual input. The focus was on automating Price Benchmarks, enhancing feature visibility, and transitioning Custom Benchmarks, previously consolidated by the Commercial Executive team in Google Slides, to Tropic's Admin platform.
